I received my coasters and they are great. Quality of the photos are good. As expected there are little areas that have notches, due to the stone, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend this seller for photo coasters, just understand you are printing on stone, so they are not smooth like glass for the photo.

I was very happy with my product.. I wish I would have picked brighter colors for my coasters but the authentic look is what I was looking for and it is what I received. Cracks are apparent but a natural look to one of the coasters unfortunately it goes through my boyfriends face but they still turned out nice

To be able to personalize this gift with pictures is a great option! Everyone can use coasters, and making them a conversation piece and personal is great. Quality product, quality personalization!

Beware that the previews do not show a realistic image of how these coasters will look. Mine have lots of flaws in them, along with the photos being blurry and dull. The previews did show that they would be somewhat muted, but the real outcome is much worse. When I contacted customer service they gave me two choices: redo them, but they will likely come out similarly or get a store credit. I am opting to give them a second chance, hoping their quality control will be better this time around. I suggested to them to put more realistic previews on their website.
