It is 10inches but takes off 2inches which I didn't like so much. But the engraving is beautiful (I choose script). Although I can't figure out how to turn it on. I plugged it in and put the switch on. Anyone know what else I have to do? The screen is nice and it comes with a cleaning cloth. I'm sure my boyfriend is gonna love this as a first anniversary present! Also, they accept coupons so you can Google some and I got one and with shipping and all I bought this for $90.95! I ordered this on Saturday and got it on Friday by UPS. I will definitely shop here again!

This is really a nice frame easy to work and looks great with the script personalized message. We ordered this frame on Monday and had it delivered by Thursday. Will be sure to use this company again

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my best friend whose mother died a few weeks ago. I had it engraved with her Mom's favorite scripture verse and then loaded it with all pictures of her Mom with family members. I also had downloaded all her mom's favorite Hymns playing to play in the background as the pictures scrolled. I cried after it was all put together...I know it will be special to her. It's a beautiful frame and it's amazing all that it does. The quality of the displayed pictures is truly wonderful! Thanks so much for doing such a great job with the engraving!

A group of us purchased the frame, had it engraved, and loaded it with pictures of ourselves for someone moving away. It was the perfect gift.

I was able to load photos and manage without reading the manual. And found out it also plays video and music files. Don't know how well it works but still neat features to have.
