I gae this to a friend who just lost her mom...put some pics in the box..she was lost for words...a beautiful keepsake to look at.

I bought this frame/memorial box for a friend who's son was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. She had many pictures of her son displayed at the funeral so thought this would be a gift her family would appreciate. She called me immediately to thank me for the beautiful box and was quite choked up by my gesture. I liked this box because it was very simple and had just enough space for a thoughtful saying. I am sure they will treasure it as a memory of their son for many years.

My boy's classmate passed away unexpectedly last month. To mark the first month of the loss, we ordered this box with a special message on top and engraved it as being from the school. The kids in the class signed the outside edges of the box in permanent marker and we placed this year's class picture in the 4X6 opening. Then the kids wrote notes to the classmate, to her mother, or just memories to go in the box. It was healing for them, and let her mother know that she was missed and loved. It was the perfect gift for a difficult commemoration.

I was genuinely surprised with the quality of this memorial box. The engraving looked wonderful. The box is a nice size and fits a picture perfectly. This is a great purchase for the price.

I received my box as expected and the engraving was perfect. BUT, they had put the hinges on the wrong side... I called immediately and the young lady who answered was lovely and very professional. She had another one sent out on the first working day and it arrived promptly, hinged correctly.

We actually have 4 of these now, each one holds the ashes of a lost pet, the bag of ashes fits perfect, and I love that each one is personalized with their picture and name, dates and our own words about our pets, bonus is it’s about 1/3 the cost of an urn or box made for that purpose.

This was purchased as a gift for my best friend after her mother passed away. Flowers die, but this is a lasting gift. I ordered this box for my Mother who just lost her husband. She was looking for something to put his ashes in. My aunt passed away and my cousin and I were looking for something to give to her son and daughter. I ordered two of these memorial boxes and we have placed photos of their mom in the box. I purchased two of these - 1 for each of my children - after their beloved bunny passed away unexpectedly. They loved that they got to choose which picture to put on the lid for each of them. They came exactly as shown and the kids cherish them.

The wooden box was very well made. We especially liked the engraving feature. Just wished it could of been about 2" bigger all around to fit cards from the well wishers. But it fits a watch, ring and a few other trinkets for safe keeping. Love the place for picture too.

The box is nice. It has a space in the lid for a photo of the loved one. It offers a personalized message and name/dates to be included. There is enough space inside for personal items, such as a CD of the funeral service, copy of the obituary, copy of the funeral program, etc. I purchased a keepsake box when my brother died on 11/6/11 and liked the box so much that I ordered one when my mother died on 2/21/13.

Unique idea and quality of box is great. I thought this was a perfect gift for photos & items to give to a male friend who just lost his brother at 35. I would have liked option for more characters for saying - choice for wording was very limited.

A little disappointed on this purchase. Not only did UPS lose my order, but the inside bottom of the box was not as sturdy as I would have liked. Personalization Mall was quick in replacing the order very quickly and sent out the replacement order immediately. However, we were very late after the funeral to get this to the family.

I purchased this for a close friend who lost her husband a year ago. She loves it. It's a nice size - big enough to keep several treasured keepsakes in.
