Too small for the price in my opinion. But still very cute!

To start of with I received an unpersonalized frame, when I had specific instructions for personalization, then it turns out I get a frame that fits a 2" by 3" picture. Who makes a picture this size? I'll help you with that answer... no one. I would like a full refund, and never will shop at this site EVER AGAIN. Horrible customer service.
