We bought two of these for our bosses to give at our annual banquet coming up in the next few weeks. Of course the delivery was fast as usual and the product was excellent. We bought something last year that was smaller than we thought it would be (I should have checked the dimensions), but this looked exactly like the picture!! Would purchase again for a different occasion.

Distinguished and appropriate. The print could have been just a bit larger to be more legible. Overall, very nice.

The glass photo frame was purchased for a colleague that is retiring. It is beautiful! The etching is large enough to be read but I wish it were offered in color (the etching). This would make it a little easier to read if some contrast were there. But, the bottom line is buy it! You and the receiver won't be disappointed.
PersonalizationMall please consider adding complimentary colors to the etching. It would only enhance the product.

This frame came exactly as depicted and in the timing that was specified. Everything was in precise condition and packaged to avoid any breakage.

For some reason I thought this was going to be itched in the glass but it appears to be a clear label. It's expectable but wished it was itched but the person who the gift is for hasn't seen it as of yet.

A beautiful, well made photo plaque with a personalized message artistically written on one side. It is a high quality product for a very reasonable price! I recommend this for a momento frame for any occasion.

I received my package in pieces and I immediately called. It was explained that the package would be resent in two days. The package was received however missing a key element, the picture. I am very disappointed in my experience.

We ordered this gift for a teacher that retired everyone was very satisfied with the frame and the teacher that received it really loved it. We had an issue when it arrived because the frame had a chip on the right hand corner but I am very pleased to say that the staff at Personalization Mall immediately took care of the matter and issued a new one.
