I chose to mount this outside over my door. So I had to replace the leather with wire that would weather the conditions outside. I chose to use copper wire because as it ages that great patina will come through.

I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my aunt and uncle and it far exceeded my expectations. It is so beautifully done and sturdy. I'll definitely be ordering in the future!!

The quality of the item is excellent. I was disappointed, however, in the monogramming....the "P" in my name is open, so looks like an "N" with a long
line on the left side. :(

I was searching for special Christmas gifts in July when I found this slate plaque that could be personalized for a close friend who has a military family. Once I learned which lines would be highlighted the most through size and color, I was able to create a truly personal tribute to my friend's family members.

I like the way this patriotic plaque expresses love for our country in many ways. The print of the last name, however, is difficult to read and should stand out in a bigger way.

Be it Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July or a proud American year around, I LOVE my new slate plaque that proudly hangs outside by the front door. And so easy to create with the words you want!

I bought this to hang on our outdoor fireplace and it looks great but the wording is so faded looking that you can hardly read it unless you're really close to it. I love the concept but I feel the colors need to be a little more prominent.

The product turned out wonderful! Only complaint was that there was tape on it from the packaging and it tore off some of the display. It was a gift for my uncle and all he had to do was call the number on the back of the product, give the very pleasant women my info and they shipped him a new one. Great customer service!!

The plaques were beautiful. The church purchases gifts every year for our veterans and these were purchased for this year. I have purchased other slate plaques and they have kept perfect for years. We will be giving these to the veterans on Sunday and I know they will LOVE them!!! Thank you.
