When I was personalizing this ornament online I didn't think it would fully be able to fit the picture I wanted on it but they proved me wrong. I am so happy with the finished product and I am so excited to have it hanging on our Christmas tree this year!

I have ordered many customized ornaments from Personalization Mall and always received them in a velvet pouch. This order just came in a bubble wrap pouch. The hole for the string was also in the way and cut off part of my daughter’s name. I have this exact ornament for my first daughter and that is not the case so I’m not sure why this one was made this way. Disappointed in this order.

I love these! They are a Christmas present, and they turned out beautifully! They are slightly larger than I expected, but and picture came slightly grainy, but would definitely recommend to anyone!

Product was ok. Ordered one for my son which seemed nicer, this one was my daughters and the quality and definition in the writing. The picture was nice but the side that the writing is printed is somewhat blurry.

So disappointed with this! It's even smaller than I imagined, and the printing looks terrible. I got excited and ordered these for my new baby and my older kids, total waste of money..

Disappointed with the lack of clarity on the photo side. Print side is nice. Would have liked a little thicker ceramic overall. Would also like to have seen other color options.

I ordered 2 of these for my daughter. One for each of her children. They were so beautiful, I was tempted to keep them for myself. I will probably re-order them for myself; one for each of my 5 grandchildren to use my own tree.

I ordered these for both of my daughters and put their birth announcement information. The pictures are clear, the font and colors beautiful - true to what is pictured. I am so pleased with them! I cannot wait to give them to the girls. I also know that these will keep for years to come. The quality is great!

This is the second personalized baby ornament I have gotten. I love them so much and they are metal so when the kids get older they can touch them. The last one I got was in 2018 and it's looks brand new still. I will continue to buy personalized ornaments from this site.

Created a baby’s first Christmas ornament using a photo of newborn. I had never done this before and wondered how it would turn out. It was absolutely perfect! I will definitely do this again!

We had previously purchased a ceramic birth announcement ornament, however, we chose the metal one this time because we liked the idea that it wouldn’t be as breakable. It has not disappointed. We love the ornament, the picture is lovely, the words on the back are clear and it is a little lighter weight than the ceramic one. All around great!

I have purchased many of these ornaments over the years. They are perfect gifts and mementos as they have birth information and baby photo. I hope they continue to offer them. They are excellent quality and don't have to worry about them being knocked off the tree and breaking. They do a superb job with the photo as well. And best of all they offer sales and promotions often so you can get these at a good deal most times. Five of five stars!!!

I ordered a two-sided photo ornament for my son and daughter-in-law’s baby girl. My only disappointment was that it was scheduled to arrive on Dec 21, but didn’t arrive until Dec 27.

Ordered this a week before Christmas and as promised it arrived before the date. I was able to put it on the tree and it looked great. Made of metal so it will be long lasting. Great quality for a great price. I'll be ordering another next year for her second Christmas.
