Very hard to remove watch in order to set time. Suggest pre-set before shipment. Otherwise, attractive and affordable as advertised.

Purchased this for my friend who started a new job. She loves it! It is very professional and expensive looking. The clock is removable so you can set the time accordingly.

I was very disappointed in the amount of money I spent for what I received. The item was super small and with it having a mini clock, I felt for the price there should have been a battery in it so it actually works. Now I cannot find a jeweler or clock/watch repair business to get a battery put in it so I cannot even give it as a gift. This was a waste of time and money.

I gave this item as a gift to my Boss and she said "I love it ". Great buy and really fast shipping. I did have trouble getting the clock out to set the time but their customer service rep was Very helpful and patient. Thanks

Lock was rotated 90 degrees from proper orientation. I would understand a typo (would still be annoyed, but would at least understand). Honestly, I'm not sure how this even got sent out it is such a blatant mistake.

I supposed I could have investigated more closely in the description, but the clock name plate looks larger in the picture. When I took it out of the box I felt it was small relative to the cost. But it's pretty enough

This is a great addition to any desk. It's very professional and I've had several compliments on it. It was a gift to myself. It shows fingerprints so I had to give it a good buffing. Removing and setting the clock was easy for me but may be a problem for people with big fingers. It came in a very nice lined box.

The clock was not positioned correct upon initially opening it. I am happy that I at least did that. As I was writing this comment, I decided to take a photo of it and realized it gave me instructions as to how to change the clock time. The clock comes out so I was able to reposition it. Relieved.

For the price of this item, I expected it to be a standard name plate size, it is half the size I thought it would be. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print on the dimensions, however, for the price I assumed it was much bigger than actual. Very disappointed.

As I wrote it's very nice, the only thing is that I thought its longer,(I guess on the picture it looks so. But thanks anyway its great!

The engraving was wonderful and my wife loves it. However,
1. It arrived with no instructions how to set the clock.
2. The clock is super cheap. It took 20 minutes to set the time as the mechanism was shoddy.

They need to work on the clock. Not good.

Desk name plate is extremely small. Make sure
you notice the measurements before ordering.
It is more like a small ornament than an
actual name plate. It is barely noticed on
a large desk; made for a showcase.
