I was looking for a gift for a family that just finalized an adoption.This was perfect! It was unique and met my expectations and beyond! The deliver was fast. It got here in time for the celebration. The family loved it!

I thought the frame was very nice and was shipped in a quick time frame. However, I opted for the $6 'gift box' and was disappointed. The 'gift box' was made of flimsy cardboard and had a giant "Personalization Mall" logo on the front, which is cheesy for a gift. Needless to say, I had to wrap the item with my own materials. I will order again, but will forego the 'gift box'

I sent this to my granddaughter and husband for the arrival of their new baby. They said it was the perfect personalized frame with the names of the family. Nice frame size with a stand too. Very pleased indeed. A perfect gift for many different occasions.

The heart detail with the name is really nice. My parents loved it. The actual photo frame that is gold does look a little cheap but still a great detail none the less

I love ?? my frame! I ordered it and came fast. It was everything I wanted. The picture fits perfect and the etchings were great. Originally the feet were not in package so I emailed company and they sent them out immediately. I will be ordering again

The frame looks great, quality glass and other materials, the only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the picture was stretched and it was not due to picture quality but no attention to detail, good thing it can be replaced and I can use one of my selection.

The actual engraving came out ok but the gold frame feels like a cheap plastic material and was already coming apart as soon as I took it out of the package, makes it look cheap so Im not impressed I wouldn't have bought it if I knew what it looks like in person

The shipping takes about a week and a half, and the packing has been wrapped so many times! It is a great gift buy you have to be patient to get it and it takes quite some effort to unwrap!
