I received the clock and it was smaller than I thought but cute. The only problem was there was some glue or something around all the engraved areas that I was not able to get completely off. The recipient loved it though!

I received a clock with what appeared to be a crack all the way across. It looks horrible right in the center front and back. When I called they told me that is natural marble and the piece i got had that in it. It is a vein or line of separation all the way across. This is the exact reply I got, "Marble is a natural product and variations in color and texture are to be expected." They said it it is stated in the text of the description.
I am extremely disappointed with the marble.

This is much smaller than it appeared in the picture. I was pretty shocked actually. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions before ordering.

very cheap product no value at all , but in your photo you show it consist of four pices of gift but i got only one . you guys are cheating your customers.

This product is MUCH MUCH SMALLER than pictured! Be mindful of the measurements..it is smaller than my cell phone!
Also, when I took it out of the box, the actual timepiece fell out into my hand! I purchased as a graduation gift and would have been completely embarrassed if I actually gave it to the person!! The quality is low and I felt so mislead by the photos and description. Additionally, when I emailed asking about a return it was a run around. Very very very unhappy.

There is a smear on the back, where it says 2020. I gave it , but I wanted you to be aware of it!

Someone didn't do their homework. The #4 in Roman Numerals is IV, not IIII. Other than that, the clock is nice.

As always, the engraving is professionally done and looks beautiful. It is a lovely gift. I can't wait for my son to open it on Christmas morning.

This item was purchased for my grandson for a graduation memento. Really like the clock. The only thing I would change is the engraving could be a little darker. Otherwise I feel this is a really nice keepsake.

Bought as a gift for grandson who is graduating from college, While this clock is small it is just perfect for a male. It is something he will keep and cherish. I am very pleased. Delivery by FedEx was great and I was able to track when it would arrive,

This turned out perfectly. It is very small but still nice. I wished it had been a little bigger.

The item itself was good quality for its 3 inches in size. The size of it was not worth $30. I am disappointed since I bought this as a graduation gift for my younger brother. When he opened it, he laughed thinking it was a joke due to it's small size. Maybe I missed the fine print or just went for the sample picture. but would not purchase this again.

Its not worth the price. The material is very cheap. Its a one pice item dont let the picture fool you.

It looks nice but I have ordered gift box for it and did not received it. This clock is small clock what can fit on the small size student desk.

The idea and personalization is perfect but the size is small, by looking at photo it feels it should be bigger and I know the size is listed but still visual perception is deceiving.

I know it said when I placed the order that there might be lines and other markings on the marble being used. On the one I got, the front is perfect and looks smooth. The back has a line through it that looks like it is cracked. It is not cracked, but it looks like the marble is cracked. The ornament is also much smaller than I expected. Again, I should have read the description more carefully.
Otherwise, the print and general look are very good.
I tried uploading the pictures but the system did not let me even though they were in the png format. I will try to attach them to the email.

Any time I need another personalized gift, this will be my choice. Nice heavy marble piece with lovely clock. I personalized for my adult son's graduation from a Masters Program, naming him and the school on the front and the degree with personal message on the back. Be sure to note size, as it is a small desk clock. Very pleased with the item and customer service is A++++!

The clock was very nice. I asked that a note be enclosed but it was not in the package.

They are a bit smaller than I imagined, but the dimensions are clearly listed. This was a nice graduation gift and our students appreciated it.

The craftsmanship was wonderful, the recipient LOVED it. I would caution to read the dimensions as written as the picture misleads, and I would have liked color options for the engraving, but even so I was highly impressed with this. I will be ordering from Personalizationmall again soon!
