I very much like the ornament. I do wish the second side could be blank so that I could write a personal note on it.

Let me start off by saying WOW. It was PERFECT. I’ve never done anything like this before. It was easy to create even for a person like me. (No computer skills at all) lol. It was everything I had hoped for. This company is easy to work with. And the overall product is definitely worth the money. You will not regret it. Priceless memories captured.

Am very pleased with my 2-sided photo ornament - colors are good. I just wish that this particular design offered the option of a larger size (maybe 3x3 to better fit a 5 person photo) & that they allowed for a place to add in the year. I wrote it in with black marker. Also added a bigger red ribbon in place of the thin white one.

I wanted a space big enough for a large family group photo - front and back; and that is exactly what this option gave me! I love the result!

This custom option was exactly what I needed to make this ornament! So happy with the result!

The photo image quality on the ornament is very good, so I am happy with that. However, because I was initially considering the round version of the "Design Your Own" ornaments, which is porcelain, and because I didn't read the details carefully, I mistakenly assumed this ornament was porcelain, as well. It is not. It is metal. I would have preferred the porcelain, as previous ornaments I have created have been porcelain, but I guess that's on me. I was also a little surprised that the metal version came at a higher price point than the porcelain one. So just be sure to read the details carefully so you know what you are ordering.

Overall I'm pleased with the ornament. The only complaint i have is that the text i added isn't whole because the string whole was placed where the words are. Would of been nice to know where the whole was going to be so I could of moved the text.

I knew this choice of picture would be somewhat difficult to make on an ornament, but I couldn't be happier with it. Hope my little family enjoys this moment in time!

Instructions for personalization were easy to follow. The cost of the items was reasonable, and production and delivery times were accurate. Overall a very good experience and I will use them again. Great job!

the photo and printing look good but the metal is a little sharp around the edges. The back side is smoother than the front side.

I ordered this after Christmas from a picture that I had from this years Christmas / Craft/ Cookie party for the little ones. It came out perfect. I wanted to wait to get it to see how it turned out before ordering 3 more just like it...........wish I hadnt waited .....when I went to order the others it was no longer available. Select your own picture and let it be a cherished memory made into an ornament. Love mine!

Just as I designed it, more expensive looking in person. I like I was able to design it myself & not have to choose something already made.

I love these ornaments!! Different shape makes it stand out among the other ornaments. Love that it is 2 sided. Great for memories and first Christmas!

This was very well done.

I’ve gotten several ornaments that I love. I usually get the circle porcelain ones. I needed a different shape that would fit a landscape picture. I expected something similar to the porcelain ones, just a different shape. I do not care for the material this is made from at all. I feel like it looks and feels cheap.

The design of the ornament is cute but the picture that I added, even though it was a high resolution image, looks horrible. Blurry and grainy. I won't be buying this type of thing from Personalization Mall again.

I was expecting something more substantial for the price. I am sure it will hold up fine, it is a display piece. It is very thin and lightweight. It is fine for what it is but I would not purchase again or recommend.

I like to be able to customize this. However, my picture does not appear as the preview, it is significantly blurry. I would also like to be able to do a different customization for each side with a variety of "clip art" options not just color changes.

After reading all these great reviews, I was very excited to purchase this product. I was pleased with how quickly it was produced and shipped to my home. However, when I received the ornament I was very disappointed. The print quality was awful and the hole that was cut in the center of the ornament to hold the string cut into the lettering I had placed above the photo. The template that you use to design the ornament doesn't match the hole placement on the actual product.

I picked my pictures, placed them on ornament, added text - I approved my image and placed my order. I did not get what I designed. Image was crooked, white edges where there should have been photo, cut off heads. Requested it be redone only to receive an image where my text was completely cut in half. Requested it be redone again and was told to pick a different shape ornament or get a refund. If I could make the images and text work why couldn’t you? Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

I designed my own ornament with a picture, a fingerprint, and text containing a name, date of birth - date of death. The picture and fingerprint look great; however the text is fuzzy around the edges and not crisp and clear. I ordered multiple items for several family members and for the total amount I spent, I wish the quality had been better.

Ornament is a very good remembrance of vacation we took this year. I like to buy a special ornament each year for each of my kids, so that when they are grown, they will have special ornaments to put on their first tree when they have one, and making a custom ornament is a special way to do this.

It was good and what I was after.

The only thing I did not like about the personalized Christmas ornaments I ordered were that it was difficult to read the titles I put at the bottom of each ornament. It was not visible on two of them, but did not want to bother sending them back in. Other than that the pictures on the ornaments turned out well.

Material used is nice but had trouble understanding instructions re: how to put message on back and the message on front is much too small, but accurate as to desired quote...all in all - nice but not what I expected, but will keep it and try to paint something on the front to brighten it up a bit. Thanks anyway

Quality of ornament is thin and very average. Kinda cheap for the money I paid.

I loved this ornament except the hole punch was lower than the proof showed and it cut through one of the words. This impacted the quality more than anything else.

The color of the faces on the ornament did not appear the same as when I reviewed them. Rather disappointed in that difference. We all looked as though we had been in the sun too long!
