I ordered this for a gift, and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! I used the pink/grey color combination and it turned out beautiful! The pink was bright but not quite as "hot" pink as it appeared on my screen and just lovely. It looked great with the black handle and stainless. Feels of good quality, although since it was a gift I don't know first hand about durability. Shipping was super fast. I will absolutely order this again as a gift!

I loved the idea of a personalized travel mug. However the quality of the mug is not very good. The lid leaks and it does not keep liquid hot but for a short time. The printing and idea were great. I did order several other things and the quality was excellent.
