I got this for my dad and mother and father in law (all big coffee drinkers). They all loved it so much! The quality is very nice, the pictures were so clear and bright. I may just have to get one for myself!

Created and gave this cup as a Christmas gift to my father in law. Put photos of our kids on it. Came out great and he loved it. Pictures were very clear and the cup was of good quality as well.

The pictures were very clear, and in the order I had designed. I dropped my first one the day I had received and it broke--re-ordering was easy! I now have my new one and its a treasure for me. I receive many compliments.

I made one mother's and two grandmother mugs using this design. With the option for 8 picture's this gift could include all the grandchildren. On my sister's mug I was able to include her crandchild, her children AND her siblings. I don't know when I enjoyed gift giving more.

My mom and dad received these as Easter presents from their new grandson and loved them! I had so much fun choosing the pictures for each one of them!

The mug pictures turned out beautiful, however, the quality of the mug was not satisfactory due to the bottom not being attached (believe it came unglued?) which therefore affects the outside casing falling off the metal insert. This was ordered as a gift for a friend.

This is the second mug like this I have ordered. They always come out looking great! I recommend this buy, it is a wonderful gift for anyone at a reasonable price! The production and delivery times are amazing, no complaints.

I truly like the mug but since ordering it I have been getting a lot of mail from other companies that I did not receive before ordering the mug. I prefer not to receive these email I search items I want on my own.

The first cup I received was defective. I contacted the compnay and they immediately sent a replacement that was perfect. Will definitely purchse from thiem again.

The pictures came out much clearer than I expected. Was very pleased. Purchased 2 of these for gifts and they both loved them. Turn around was quick. Didn't give a 5 star rating as we haven't had the mug long enough to see how it will hold up after many washings.

I bought this for myself so I can stare at my daughter even while I'm at work (new mom)! The quality of this product is great. I handwash it only, which isn't that big of a deal. Only issue I have is that I wish the lid was a screw top rather than just a push in. But either than that, I love this product & it's price!

I love the finished product, and it arrived in record time. Only reason for four stars, instead of five, is one of the mugs had no packing bubble wrap. It is a gift, so would have liked it to be packaged like the other two I ordered, since they will all be opened together.

This cup and the photos look great. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. A couple days after Christmas I washed it so he could use it and it came apart in 3 pieces. I thought it was meant to do that since it has to be hand washed. I thought "ok, I'll wash them separately and keep them apart so it all dries completely". I did that, put it back together and my husband used it. Went to wash it again won't come apart and I can hear water trapped inside. This is concerning.

Great looking mug but I didn't realize it is lined with plastic. I looked back at the description and it states "lined with plastic". At least tell us if it's BPA free plastic. In addition, why would you line a mug with plastic anyway? Not safe in my opinion, especially for hot liquids. Very disappointed as the recipient of the gift won't even drink out of it. It's my mistake for not reading the description carefully.

The reprints were VERY small didn't even cover all the white background of the cup. The reprints should have been larger. This was my first disappointing gift order. ??

I think the cups are not bad for the price. I purchased 3 of them for Fathers Day gifts. Out of the 3, one of the cups photos were a little more distorted. I’m not sure if that is due to tech problems or the photos themselves. The other 2 turned out ok.

I purchased this collage commuter mug as a gift for my Granddaughter to give to her Mom. The quality of the product and placement of the pictures are perfect. The handle makes it easier to use. I recommend this commuter mug.
