It is really nice gift, the only thing is that the ballerina inside is really plasticky. But the box and personalization are really cool.

I purchased the mirrored jewelry box for my granddaughter. Each year I give her something at her dance recital. This was the best yet! It was even prettier than i had imagined. The size was bigger than i had anticipated and the sparkling heart on top along with her name was just beautiful!

First, I would like to compliment their customer service. I actually received the box with an obvious chipped corner. They responded within less than 24 hours to their customer service e-mail, and simply asked me to send them images of the damage. I was thinking that they would want me to return the damaged one, but they didn't expect me to go through the hassle. Even though it wasn't their fault that it arrived damage, they reviewed the images I sent, and sent me a brand new one without any hassle at all.
