Great unique gift item for a family. Each one was perfect.

I loved the ornament. Make sure you place the smallest name on top. As that makes it fall right in place with the Christmas tree design.

These glass etched ornaments are very well made & the etching is very well done. Purchased as Christmas gifts for family members.

I do not have any kids yet but my mom loves having ornaments with all of her grandkids on them. She gained another grandson this year so that brought the total grandkid count to nine. It is not very easy to find an ornament with nine spots I almost opted for a boy ornament and a girl ornament but then I came a crossed this one and it was perfect! My mom absolutely loved it!

I love personalized ornaments! This one is very cute although it is a little bit hard to see the names when it is hanging on the tree. I would still recommend it.

The item looked great but I was able to type more than would print on the glass. I thought the photo for preview was a mistake or a glitch but was told it will look like the photo no matter what the text reads. But it was a great piece. This was my first order with Personalization Mall and not my last....

I'm very pleased with the product but even more with customer service. I misspelled my own name, e mailed them and they called me the next day. I didn't answer after they called TWICE. I didn't recognize the phone number. Well they left a voice-mail and updated my order after I called back. They were so effective and efficient. And I got my product well before Christmas.

The ornament is beautiful and I can't wait to put it on my tree. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the ornament arrived without a ribbon to hang it as shown in the photo.

Like the glass tree

I like this one for my friend, but as she adds grandchildren I’m not sure what I’m going to buy her.

I love the way this turned out my only complaint is that the names were not centered on the ornament but it still looks good and everything is spelled correctly and cut beautifully. Would have included a picture but I have already wrapped it as it is a gift.

I was sent someone else's item and while the item was replaced there was clearly no rush to get it sent out nor was there any compensation for their mistake. Good thing I had time to spare. Product is fine and as expected but customer service could have been better.
