The box is exactly as described and super cute. It did come with some loose parts that I had to tighten. I am happy with it overall. I gave 4 stars because the quality of the lighting just wasnt what I expected. I thought it would just light up the picture evenly , but you can see each light on the picture when it is turned on. It's not something that is so bad though. I like my frame and think it's super cute.

I absolutely loved my light boxes! I loved them so much I ended up with 5 total! I have them on my desk at work....great quality and craftsmanship!!

Purchased for our daughter's Graduation Party Table. We were delighted when it came. The truly five star review came when our Granddaughter loved it and made her picture show up on the beautiful decorated table. Five Star Thank You

I absolutely love my shadow boxes, but I am upset how much the price on them has been raised. For the quality, I do not feel they are worth double the price of what I paid. I will not be buying again, unless it goes back down in price.

I like the idea for this gift, but the lights are too bright and it is difficult to see the picture clear.

Very nice present and my dad and step mom loved it. Only complaint was that there was a black spot on my dads face and I went to brush it off and it pulled the picture ink off so it left a white spot. I used a maker to fix it.

I have now ordered this product three times because I liked the first one so much! It is how they described: the White comes transparent so I would recommend avoiding white. But even so, it is a perfect personal gift and so heart-warming!

I was very happy with these as Christmas gifts. I took the photos with my iPhone of pictures and they turned out great. They come out better than the initial proof you see on line after you create it. I even kept one as a nice memory of my father.

Purchased this for my mother for her birthday. When I received it it had a flaw in the picture. I notified the company by email with an attachment of a picture of the defect. I was worried because her birthday was 4 days away and 2 days were the weekend. I got an email stating an apology and that they would send me a replacement. That evening I got an email that a replacement photo frame was made and ready to ship. They sent it to me at next day shipping with no extra charge. She loved it.

These came out absolutely beautiful! The only thing is the lights were a little bright, creating bright spots that kind of obscured the picture a little. I fixed it by putting a paper napkin behind the photo and is diffused the light perfectly. Really a lovely gift.

This item made one of the best Christmas gifts I have ever given. It was packed so nicely and I was blown away by the quality. It was nicer than I even thought it would be. I was looking for something to display pictures of my bunny after he died and in the past had gotten glass cubes. This time, I decided to check this out and was really hoping it worked. When it was delivered, it was perfect! You can take the images out, it isn't a plug, and it came on time. The only thing I didn't like was the color of the holder/frame.

I purchased 4 of these, 2 as a gift for my Mother and 2 for myself from photos we took a few years ago together with my daughter. They turned out amazing. My Mom loved them. Great quality, the light coming thru the photo is amazing, and you get more than your money's worth. A very fun piece to have and give!

I love my two illuminated shadowboxes. When lit they have a glittery effect. They are really beautiful. I would suggest using a bright picture as when they are off they are a liitle darker than a regular picture. I have ordered a lot of personalized items from personalization mall both for myself and as gifts and I have always been very happy with them. These are one of my favorites-they are so different!

I wish there were more stars for this absolutely gorgeous picture! It’s a birthday gift for the bride 2 months after her wedding and I am astounded by the clarity and quality of this picture! I was nervous with a white background with the bride and groom in the foreground yet the sunbeam created with the internal lights in the frame made a heavenly glow around the couple! A definite home run on this gift!

Product is beautiful but had to get 2 different boxes because shorts in lighting system. Company was great about replacing quickly!
