It's a beautiful piece but the base broke on the second day. It fell of the table and broke. I can still hang the piece up with a nail on the wall.

This made an awesome 5th anniversary gift for family members. They really liked it and were surprised because they had never seen anything like this before.

This was very well made and my daughter and her boyfriend loved it, but it had a horrible smell to it.

I was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. The only issue I was unhappy about was it was promised by or before Valentine’s Day and didn’t come in. I called and was issued a refund for shipping. Overall I am very pleased

It's a very beautiful plaque...very thin though...mine came broken in the mail and when I contacted Customer Service they were very helpful in getting my product to me in a timely manner. Overall Very nice just thin and easily broken if not careful.

The product is light yet sturdy and is very cute! Spelled both names correctly. Only problem is that the item doesnt sit fully properly on its stand so it has a slight lean but otherwise super cute.

Loved the various choices of wood finishes..also responses to when item would be shipped and tracking information. Would shop this store again.

When I received my 1st shipment the bottom portion was broke. As soon as customer service saw my original review of it being broken, they quickly replied and sent a new one in just a few days.

As soon as I get it out the bubble wrap the base is cracked a little then try to set it up the base breaks completely in half

Loved this idea, but the problem was that when it arrived it had an awful "burnt" type of smell. After a week of "airing" out, it still has a yucky smell.

I bought for Valentine's Day gift and wedding gift. Perfect fit inside the card. Only one complaint...we had to leave in garage for a few days to air out the burnt wood/smokey smell.
