Quality look but was extremely disappointed at the size. Should be larger as it's designed for a man's hand. In addition, it's handle is awkward and meant for someone left-handed.

Very cute, but smaller than I visioned.

Easy to customize, great looking when it arrived

I purchased mug for a father's day gift and it's a "tiny" mug. It's a size for kids that apparently holds 12 oz. Do not order for the men in your life, unless it's as a joke. The letters were also faded, especially the smaller ones.

I wish they had a bigger size. But I like how it turned out. Can't wait to give it to Peepa. But he generally likes a bigger sized cup to drink from.

This is my third time returning for items and each time they have been great they are quick to get you your items very pleased and would definitely recommend them.. just wish I could ship to multiple addresses without placing 1 order per address. But I love this place.

The frosted mason jar is the perfect size for those adult drinks! It's a nice heavy mason jar and my Dad loved his set of 4 he got for Father's Day! I couldn't be happier with the way they turned out.

This was an awesome gift for my step-dad and my daughter's "BONUS" dad. I was a little disappointed in how light the color of the ink was. I thought it would be brighter but it was still an awesome gift and they both loved them.

Ordered this mug for my husband (who is a Disabled Combat Vet)from his twin daughter's for Father's Day. The mug said 'Our Dad, Our Hero 2017" The print on 2017 look liked it has been wiped off so the O was half gone. I contacted customer service about it and their answer was that's how it's supposed to look--REALLY? Cause it looked like crap

I love the mug. I was expecting something a little bigger. The picture makes it look like a traditional size frosted beer mug. But what you actually get is a frosted mason jar. When I placed the order it didn't state clearly that it was a mason jar, I saw it stated as a frosted mug. Never the less I love it as well as my husband.

Aside from it being smaller than I expected this item turned out just as it looks in the picture. My Boyfriend was very happy with his gift!

The mug itself looks really good but when I opened it I was disappointed. It is way smaller than I thought it would be. I thought it would be a full size mug but it was to small. Now I hate that I got it because I didn’t get him anything else. It’s like half a present ??

It’s very cute. The mason jar was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The personalization was great and the quality seems fine. It’s more of a collective item, than a usable item. I should have read the description better before purchasing. I was hoping for something my husband could use daily.

I couldn't be happier.I will agree w/ the other reviews, that the jar could be a little bigger, but for the price, its just perfect.I wish I would've found this website sooner, shipping was also extremely fast too. Personalization came out great.
Unfortunately, the dimensions were not easily viewable in the description of the item.
You should have offered a choice of sizes as this mug is simply too small to be useful for an adult.
I understand that this is probably to cut costs but some things should just not be too expensive. ...Like a glass.
