The picture was too dark and couldn’t really see the picture on the mug.

I ordered this personalized mug for my dad. My parents were married for 67 years. Mom passed away in October. i gave this mug to dad for his birthday this week. It came out perfect. The photo I uploaded came out very clear. The mug is very nice. I recommend this product.

I ordered this as a Valentine for myself, and even though it wasn't guaranteed to arrive by February 14th, it actually got here the day before Valentine's Day, I've been drinking my coffee from this cup every day. As with everything else I've received from PMall this item was exactly as described.

I had one of these made for myself and I liked it so much, I made ths one for my friend. She LOVED it! The only negative thing I can say is the cost of shipping was higher than I expected.
