The mug I received is beautiful, however it's NOT the mug I ordered and when I contacted I was told it was and it definitely was not. So disappointed it was wrong item.

This is a fun way to announce that you are engaged! It's also a great keepsake. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish you could add a date to the back or bottom of the cup so you could add the date he proposed.

When I received my cup it was completely shattered. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the product and no extra charge to me. The cup is adorable and my new daughter in law loves it!!

I had sent this personalized mug to the daughter of a friend of mine who had gotten engaged. She loved it so much since it was the first time she saw her name linked to what her married last name will be. When a friend recently became engaged I knew this would be the perfect gift and once again went to Personalization Mall to order a similar mug. It arrived yesterday and I can’t wait to give it to her. It’s so well made and the graphics are adorable. It looks like it cost a lot more than I paid.

Exactly as promised! Personalized name was spelled correctly. No lumps, bumps, scratches, or dents. Seems solid. Gave this to my newly engaged niece for Christmas.
