I bought two different styles of Welcome Mats to give to my clients as they close on their homes. As a realtor you want a gift that keeps on giving and gives them the pride of ownership. I was MORE than impressed with these products and what a clever idea to make the inserts removable - they can replace them YEARS down the road if it gets a lot of use. THIS will now be my go to place for closing gifts. I typically give a $100 to my clients at their closings so this actually saves me money but then the gift seems even more expensive than the $100 and to have it personalized - NO ONE else will ever have one like it. I've been buying these doormats in different configurations for a few years now. Usually once in spring and once in fall with a holiday mat mixed in. I have the rubber base and it easily fits snugly when I change designs. Great product at extremely affordable price.

This mat was perfect for our bar shed. Thin enough so it doesn’t obstruct the door swing but definitely great quality.

This is my 2nd order of the same doormat. Where I live the sun tends to beat down on the mat and after about 5 months the color turned from black to a wine color. The mat is very durable tough.
