Beautiful ornament - just as displayed on the screen

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas so she'd remember her grandparents. The downfall was just that I thought it would have a glossy finish but it didn't. Other than that I loved the ornament

It was very very special and beautiful. Unexpectantly, we lost both our parents in one year for different reasons. This was such a wonderful and special addition to our tree. I bought one for my siblings as well.

I am so impressed with the quality of the ornament. I liked being able to upload two different pictures of my dad. Since it was so close to Christmas, I was a little worried about the shipping time, but it arrived early. When my mother open the gift, she cried and said it is beautiful. She immediately hung the ornament on the tree.

This product was better than I had expected and the size was perfect!! It’s made with high quality material and it hangs beautifully on my tree. It’s truly a memorable way to honor my loved one on Christmas.

My order was received in a timely fashion - thank you! However, the last letter of the last name (r) is on the edge of the ornament instead of on the face of the ornament as it appeared in the preview of the order. It is acceptable because of the memory it displays, however, the ornament does not look like the preview I received before I placed the order. Other than this flaw, the item is a wonderful reminder of our loved one who is now in Heaven. This was a gift for my mom who said good-bye to my dad in October.

I have ordered this item several times in memory of someone's loved one that has passed. Every time I am so pleased with the quality and speed of delivery. Its a great gift in lieu of flowers and plants that won't last. This will be placed on the tree every year in remembrance of their loved one.

A very heavy sturdy keepsake. Will have this memorial for years to come. The image is clear and the wording was bold. This ornament with my mom will most definitely be the highlight of my Christmas tree this year and years on out.

Excellent quality and fast shipping! The ornaments were wrapped in bubble wrap and come with a velvet bag. I'm glad I ordered the small size. I think the large may have been too big, as they are somewhat heavy - but amazing quality and detail. Each of my family cried when they got theirs.

This ornament was my least favorite of many ornaments I have purchased. I knew it was a one sided ornament but did not expect the backside to be so plain! No color at all! I thought it would have some color on the backside. I almost did not send it to the person I purchased it for! I had to sign the back to make it look like a finished product. Usuall I am happy with your products.
