Make sure when you upload a picture the opening is not in the middle of someone's head, lol

We got our first puppy this year and thought it was cute to make a personalized ornament! It turned out beautiful and already have received so many compliments on it! It's heavyweight, looks well made! The only thing I may recommend is to make the ribbon that comes with it a bit longer other than that, it's beautiful!

I ordered two, one with a dog and one with a cat. Both turned out very nice.

I've always had exceptional service from this company, until I ordered two of these ornaments. Both included a photo of my dogs, and the photos submitted were lit very well with enough light. But the printed versions came out dark and blurry. One of them, you cannot even see the dog in the picture because of the bad quality. I'm sadly disappointed with this one.

I got this and another ornament for my husband for Christmas. our dog passed away back in March,so I wanted to give him something from her. Well it came and the picture quality is not the greatest it is pretty blurry. It could be do to the material the ornament is made of, but I am not to impressed with it.

Weight of the ornament is a good quality of heavy (but not too heavy). Ornament is packaged in a lovely velvet bag, which includes a white ribbon for hanging. Highly recommend these ornaments!

Overall, the quality of the product is fantastic, and I would definitely order from here again. My only complaint is that they created the hole to hang the ornament on the face on my picture. When creating it, I had no idea that’s where it would line up. It would have been nice to have the picture slightly rotated or lowered so that there wouldn’t be a hole on my dog’s head and distract from the picture. Other than that- very pleased!
