The mug is kind of cute but the spacing of the letters for the mouth is odd. The cup is also thin so ot gets a little too hot to hold when you first pour in coffee.

My grandson is crazy about anything to do with snow or snowmen. This mug tells it like it is!

Nice mug. Personalized well. The only thing that surprised me was that it is a bit smaller than I expected. I guess I was just expecting a large size mug. Should have read the description a little better. For a mans hand...it is a little small. Otherwise...nicely done.

This is such a cute mug. With the recipients name on it, it makes an adorable gift. I purchased this for my grandchildren for Christmas instead of a stocking. Instead of candy, I filled them with envelopes of hot cocoa and some marshmallows. I know they will love them.

I bought one for each of my grandchildren. I then filled the "hot chocolate" mug with homemade hot chocolate mix and mini marshmallows. Each grandchild has their own hot chocolate mug with a message from Grandma and Grandpa on the back.

I purchased 8 of these for family Christmas gifts (adults and children) in different styles/colors and they are ALL really cute! Love the names for the smiles, but the best is being able to write a heartfelt or funny saying on the other side. If I had anything I would change, I'd wish the personalized side had darker lettering to see it better.
