The Butcher Block is quality grade and worth every penny. Purchased one last year for ourselves and we loved it! This year purchased 8 for family and friend's Christmas gifts. Personalization Mall has been my specialty store for a few years & the gifts are always extra special.

I ordered a personalized cutting board to commemorate my son's wedding. I ordered it a few days before Christmas thinking it would come in sometime after. I was SHOCKED that it was delivered on Christmas Eve. This would have been amazing if it was NOT personalized, but the fact that they got it done & delivered so quickly was really something.

The cutting board itself is also top notch. Thick & heavy. The kids LOVED it. Thank you!

I have sent this board to 5 different friends and I just found out that none of them appear as advertised. I am so embarrassed as the staining of the carving is so light, nothing at all like shown on website.

We were happy with the speed of delivery but feel the board needed to be better sanded. My husband had to smooth out all the rough edges before we gave it as a gift so we were a bit disappointed in the quality.

The board is very nice, but the personalization is hard to see - very light and not light indicated in the photo. We are disappointed.

After I reviewed this item previously, I did not expect to hear back from Personalization Mall, but I was so surprised to receive a new cutting board in the mail with express shipping. Excellent customer service!

This is a wonderful sturdy cutting board. It certainly could be used as a cutting board, but it is so pretty it's likely to be used as more for decor. Just note that it is VERY heavy.

My friends loved this gift……the quality is excellent and it arrived less then a week after I ordered it. My only suggestion is the company should include food grade wood oil with each order to protect it.

The butcher block itself is beautiful and my three bosses loved them, but I added a card to my order and it was shipped separately and arrived days prior to the actual gift. If the card would have been shipped with the block, as expected, this would get a glowing 5-star review.

This butcher block is bigger than we expected (on us for not reading the size) but is absolutely gorgeous! It did need to be treated with cutting board oil as the wood was definitely very dry, but it just looks even better now!
