This product looks nothing like what they show online. The personalization was put on it correct but you can't read it. I am going to have to add white felt to back so it can be read. Which will take away from heart.I tried to explain but was told it's correct but they will give me 20% off because they stand behind their work. Yeah right? Last time I order from here.

Clock is really small and etching is not on the front of the glass. It’s inside and a bit hard to see but the font size is good. Unique gift for someone

Just right gift for someone relocating to another state.

This is a lovely gift for some dear friends. It’s a beautiful concept. My only disappointment is the print is so light it blends with the very pale green background. I wish the background was darker. It doesn’t look like the picture.

The item is really pretty, it didn't give any directions on setting the clock but after really looking it over I figured it out. There's a little clear band around the clock part & you have to remove that, but keep it as after you set it you will have to put it back on so it will stay in. Then the stem has a little spacer so you pull that off & set it; then put the clear band back on & put it in the clock area. The stem is hard to pull out so after you put it together it may be hard to reset, unsure if there's a way to change battery but I would assume it's like other watches. You'd definitely have to have a tool to get the back off. But the item itself is very pretty & I think my friend will love it.

I had spent extra for shipping to have the item delivered sooner since it was a birthday gift, the item I received was incorrect. I reached out and had to snap a picture and send out to have the item replaced. It delayed my order by days and I wasn't offered a refund on shipping or expedited shipping on the corrected item. Also the replacement had a blemish but I chose not to return it for a 2nd time.

This is very nice quality! The writing on the sage one with white print is very hard to see. Maybe he other colors stand out more? It is subtle, so if displayed it's not screaming the message. I personally would have like a little more contrast as a gift. Overall, it's still a lovely gift that I am pleased with.
