I ordered several of these for my family. They turned out good. The placement of the lights is a little odd in some of the photos, but other than that I think everyone will enjoy them. I will be using rechargeable batteries in mine. Just wished the light had a timer to it.

These shadow box's are beautiful, I absolutely love them, I especially love the in memory of shadow box's because of the special meaning behind it but the any occasion shadow box's are beautiful as well, I have both sizes and have ordered many of them,you won't be disappointed

Best gift I have ordered off here! I had to put a white piece of paper behind it to separate the lights from the screen. But once I did it was great. My friend cried as i had it made for him as a memorial of his mother who had just passed.

My husband recently lost his mother very unexpectedly and going through pictures a beautiful picture I had never seen of my mother in law was found and immediately I knew I had to use this picture as a memorial. I’ve order from this site numerous times and found the shadow box. I was so pleased with the way it looked I ordered another one for his dad and his sister. Such a beautiful way to remember a loved one or pet. I recently lost my dad and my beloved yorkie. I wanted a memorial that lit up and this was perfect. I ordered several in the different sizes and colors for humans and pets. The picture does not do it justice. Much prettier in person. I love them so much that I came back to purchase more and am going to give away as gifts.

The shadow box is great. The quality is great. I've ordered these for other family members too and they love the quality etc. Personalization Mall never disappoints.

I am very happy with the size of the box and the picture. I only find that the light shines too much in one place instead of an even glow for the whole picture. For the price, I would recommend this for a great gift. Thank you!!

I had been wanting this light up frame for quite some time and oh my goodness it was so worth the wait!! The picture truly doesn’t do it justice of how pretty it is! Especially when it’s lit up. I bought this to put on my soulkitty, Kitty Sunshine’s memorial. It’s so pretty!!

I had this lighted shadow box made as a christmas gift for my parents. Earlier this year we lost my baby sister to a brain annurism. The time and craftsmanship that went into this box was tailored and made very well. They cried when they opened it. It's beautiful. I would highly recommend this item.

I love this idea and it came out pretty good. My photo is great and the lights behind it are perfect, no too bright. The problem with it is the photo doesn’t stay put in the tracks, it slides down and there is nothing in front of it. Static buildup causes dust and particles to cling to the photo. There should be a thin plexiglass cover. Also the frame itself is bland and just cheap wood, BUT it can be embellished any way you want, so that’s a plus I guess.

The overall presentation of the product is great! I gave 3 stars because I waited forever for the package to arrive. However, the customer service department was helpful. I also ordered the grey box and I received a white box instead. Picture had a few scratches in it, causing the white light to shine through showing the imperfections. Either way, this is a great customizable gift. Just order well in advance. (1 month before)

It has no glass over the picture. It looks very cheap. When the light comes on it looks a little better. I wish I would have gone with the memory plate instead.

This came and it was everything I was hoping for! It was a wonderful tribute to an amazing person who touched many lives furry and unfurry and I thought this would be a great way to remember him at their clinic. I couldn't have been happier with the product!
