My order just arrived, but the mug was completely broken. I paid extra for shipping to get it here in time for Christmas and it was broken. I am so disappointed. I have ordered multiple times and have never had an issue but the mug came in a small box and there was no wrapping around it. I tried to call and reach customer service but they are shut down for the day. I am still going to reach out to customer service and will update review when I hear back.
