The House ornament is beautiful! The picture on the opposite side is so clear, it’s a heavy ceramic. And it came with a beautiful velvet bag to keep it safe.I am extremely pleased.

the Brookmeade ornament has a blemish so it is not completely white on the top left of the "roof" of the ornament.

This is a nice porcelain ornament, perfect our son and his family and their new home, just in time for Christmas. Personalizing is totally up to the buyer. I opted to leave off the address and kept it simple with their last name and the year. It is a wee bit heavier than some other ornaments, but not cumbersome. It comes in a little gift bag and the only thing left to do is attach the included ribbon and hang it on the tree.

The matte finish is beautiful and it's a wonderful addition to my Christmas tree. A perfect way to celebrate a milestone in my life.

The ornament which contained a picture of a family was missing a person and 3 heads of 3 others. When a replacement was requested Quality Control said that the item was out of stock till next year. I will never order from this company again. Totally dissatisfied!!
