Was very pleased when I received this. The product was of a much higher quality than I expected. Beautiful! Went back and ordered more ornaments.

I had this one made for my daughter who is a nurse, personalized with a quote, and the saying we have said to each other since she was little on the back. And the front you have monogrammed with their name.

It’s a great keepsake to give.

I know it’s not personalization mall’s fault product wise as I’m sure the ornament was made very nicely, however I’m disappointed that I never received it. I know there is delayed shipping as I’m still waiting for some Christmas gifts but I don’t even get updates anymore on where my orders are. I’ll try again for the same Christmas ornament next Christmas with hopes that I will receive it. I do appreciate that I received a refund for the order not received.

I purchased these ornaments as a Christmas gift. I received them in less than a week. I thought the ornaments were made of hard plastic. But they are made of glass and they came with a nice pouch. The nurses I gave them to loved the personalized ornaments

Our daughter is a Nurse Practitioner in one of our busiest ICU’s. COVID-19 has stretched our healthcare workers to the max, and I chose this ornament for her to always remind her that she is appreciated and never alone. There was much emotion and tears all around. I love that I found this particular gift it’s both memorable , personal and a great keepsake.
