Unfortunately, I have yet to see the mug myself as it was a gift, but the recipients said the picture was clear and the mug was of good quality. They have used it already for their coffee. If they are pleased, I am pleased.

The mug arrived very quickly and the photo on the mug looks great. The only thing that would have made it better is if the writing on the other side was larger. It's so tiny! Otherwise, great price and good quality!

I loved the 1st mug ordered for Grandpa, which accidently got dropped and broke. The quality is so very excellent and it is a treasured item which I am now seeking to replace: pictures, words and all. Thank you for being the best company EVER!

I like this mug a lot. It's a good size and has a good feel to it. Unfortunately, the photo printed slightly off center (hence only 4 stars) but it is so slight I will be keeping it. The photo colors and the text on the back reproduced nicely.

PM'S slightly deceptive marketing practices diminished the value of the product. I know it's my fault for not reading every detail and paying attention but when I look at a 15oz mug and there is a list of colors under it, it is a LOGICAL assumption that they should be the same product. but they're not. the colors are deceptively only 11oz. my fault, but they knew what they were doing. bad practices.

This was a gift for my nephew and it was delivered directly to him. He LOVED it! So easy to personalize and make it something meaningful for him to treasure!
