Every year I order personalized ornaments from this website as gifts for the families in my family. This year I chose this new style. I am very happy with the quality of the material. The metal is very durable and not flimsy and the personalization looks great, even for a family of 6. I am sure that the recipients will love this ornament! And as always, Personalization Mall produced everything correctly and in a timely manner. I can’t wait for my family members to open their gifts for Christmas.

I was skeptical but it turned out perfect! The quality could be a little better, but overall it’s very good. Able to personalize just two snowmen which is what we needed. Super cute!

Spelling correct, vibrant colors, quality material

I purchased 6 of the snowman family ornaments but instead of family I did BFF for there is 6 of us who have remained BFF since grade school. I was very pleased when I received them. The names are very clear to read and the over all quality of the ornaments I would rate a 10! The shipping was fast and I highly recommend and will be purchasing again from this company. Thank you!

Very pleased good quality

I absolutely love this item! Quality was good, just a super nice gift overall. However, I did order this on November 16th, and I tracked the shipping, it made it to my home town then got sent back to NJ and sat there until I just received the original package yesterday January 9,2021, I get that there were issues with USPS this year but wow! Just shy of 2 months for shipping. When I inquired about it several times Personalization Mall said they would send me another priority mail which I received a in almost 2 weeks. Not priority!! I did love all the gifts I purchased and will consider purchasing items again thorugh this company but not 100% sure.

I bought these for each of my adult children and their families. So cute! Everyone enjoyed getting them and the kids loved seeing their names on them. I would buy again.

I got this ornament for our family ornament this year. It was very beautiful and looks exactly like I expected. It is a thicker metal so it is durable but not so thick it weights down the tree branch. I would definitely recommend this!
