I searched all over the internet to find the perfect keepsake ornament. It came quickly and will be wonderful to put it on the Xmas tree year after year. The graphics & the picture was clear. I chose the matte finish and Im glad I did. Thanx

I love the thickness of this green glass ornament, especially compared to the previous two I've purchased here in the previous years(one blue and one purple, purchased 7 and 4 years ago).
I am a little disappointed that it is so hard to see the length on this one. I also wish the main large letter and year were displayed brighter/better. I've included a photo of all three to show a little comparison. If they didn't have personal info I would have shared a full photo instead of a partial.

This was perfect. The design, the colors, and the details on the picture. There wasn't any distortion on his picture as sometimes happens when coping on to other items. Gift for Mommy and Daddy and they absolutely love it. Ordering another soon for a keepsake for little Sawyer when he is grown.

Every year, we purchase ornaments for our grandchildren, their first Christmas we include a photo. This ornament is even better when you see it. This ornament is one we'll have forever. It's attractive "ornament quality" that we'll display year after year to commemorate the birth of our precious little boy.

I am disappointed because the hole for the ribbon ended up right on the babies forehead. I didn't want to switch to a different photo so after MANY edits, I was finally able to position my photo so that the hole for the ribbon was right on the edge of the babies head instead. However, when I received the ornament, there is a huge gaping hole right in the babies head. It's frustrating, because they make it abundantly clear, that what you see is what you get. Clearly that is not the case. I am also disappointed with the coloring on the back. I purchased the gray but the color is not really solid as shown. There are darker blotches under the gray making it very uneven. I tried calling just to be left on hold. I hung up and tried again and got a recording that it would be a 30 minute wait to speak with someone and I couldn't wait. The positive is the picture looked good and it was a nice size and weight. I have included a photo of what I received. I tried to include the photo of what I approved but it would only allow one.

This is not the first time I've ordered this type of ornament. Each time I've ordered the 2-sided Porcelain Personalized Ornament, I'm never disappointed. The colors and layout are wonderful. The picture always turns out nice, however, a tip for 1st time people ordering, when you are centering your pictures while ordering, be careful to leave space for the hole at the top. You don't want it to be a part of the baby's forehead! You are also given the choice of Matte or Glossy for the finish, I prefer Glossy, I've had both and the glossy gives the ornament a much richer appearance. I would recommend this ornament for parents as well as Grandparents, the results are rich looking and beautiful!

Be careful when you order to pay attention to it being glossy or wood. I ordered two one for a boy, one for a girl and one was glossy and one was wood and I thought I had ordered the same one. They're both nice.

I created this perfect gift as a two year old Momento for my daughters Christmas tree. My grandson’s birthday is December 24 and I decided to put a two year old picture and his stats in place of newborn stats. Absolutely adorable and I can’t say enough about how it turned out.
