Was beautifully done and good material.
Trouble was one letter was incorrect and not knowing if I was at fault when submitting it I just reordered new one. It came back correctly.

The frame is nice and the personalization was done well but the frame does not come with the glass piece to protect the photo , instead a flimsy piece of clouded plastic … just be aware

I came across a picture of my husband and new family (his two children) on our first Christmas together in 1999. I had actually never seen this picture and found it while I was helping my sister clean out her house as they prepared for their retirement move to Florida. I wanted a special frame to display it in and this fit the bill. Be advised you can put ANYTHING in the customization, not just for a baby's first Christmas. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the plastic front (and I knew that it was plastic) isn't totally clear and blurs the picture. I am going to get glass for it.

Homerun in personalization and quality

We loved our frame, color of print really pops on the frame, and perfect size.

The frame is beautiful; however, I did not realize there is no glass to cover the photograph.

I loved the personalized frames I received. They were beautiful. I would have given 5 stars, but neither one came with a glass insert and I thought that was strange. It may have said that it didn’t somewhere, but I didn’t notice that. I kept them and plan to find glass for the inside.

The frame craftsmanship was beautiful as was the writing; however, I was disappointed there was no glass covering the photo, only a flimsy plastic piece which makes the photo look less clear. For as much as I paid, I would have thought it would have a glass covering. Otherwise, I love it.

In lieu of a piece of glass covering the picture, it’s a piece of plastic. The plastic doesn’t provide clarity to the picture. The clips on the back had to be loosened in order to open the back and place the picture. Cheaply made. The personalization was well done.

I love the frame and I have bought a frame for each of my grandchildren over the years. My other frames were smaller. This one is a little bigger than I wanted. I'd rather have a bigger picture than a bigger frame. Unfortunately this was the only frame with Baby's First Christmas that I could personalize.
