The ornament was very nice but it printed the photo very blurry in certain areas, my face is blurry and my husbands is very sharp. The original picture was sharp for both of us. It wasnt so bad and we hung it up on the tree.

I was disappointed because the pic turned out too dark so I had to reorder. Ornament

The look on my Nephew and his new wife's face when they opened this ornament was priceless. I'm so happy I was the one to give it to them, they will cherish it always! And huge props to the Personalization Mall. I ordered 4 different personalized ornaments and 3 of them were perfect but this one wasn't. They answered my concerned e-mail on Dec 21st, re-did the ornament, shipped it on Dec 23rd overnight so I had it in my hands on Christmas Eve day. We were celebrating with our Nephew that night. That's the BEST in customer service!

I ordered one for our engagement last year and it was perfect this one was off on the color big time. We look very yellow and it almost looks cartoonish. It does not look like the preview photo at all very disappointed
