Great quality frame. Will be a special gift personalized with names & date of marriage.

This was perfect for my friend as a bridal shower gift, good quality and so pretty. It did take a good while to get to me, so definitely order well in advance but it is a great purchase for a couple getting married.

Ordered this for a wedding gift. These are put directly in the shipping box, with no protective wrap. Frame arrived with a damaged corner. I contacted customer service. They remade the frame, which was also shipped the same way. It arrived with worse damage than the first. Gave up and requested a refund. Too bad they won’t pack them better. Otherwise I would have been happy with it.

Picture frame was a wedding gift. Was delivered on time but the FedEx delivery left a lot to be desired. Package was smashed and soaking wet and it wasn’t raining at the delivery site. Fortunately the frame was not damaged. The recipient likes the gift.

I am sure I did not understand what a shiplap frame would look like. The flowers looked like they were stamped on. Not good quality. The names and the date were perfect.

This was a perfect gift for our friends second marriage.
We weren't completely happy with the plastic that goes over
the photo. It doesn't look like it will clean well, but other than
that it is a nice frame. Also, I would not pay $6.50 for the gift box
again. The frame is fine in the box it is in.
