Its a great door mat. I did not realize when I paid extra for the rubber matting behind the personalized mat that it would not be attached or 1 piece.

To clarify, you get 2 separate pieces. You have to insert the personalized matting into the rubber frame. Probably need to glue in or something so it stays in place.

But overall, nice quality.

No more searching for a perfect gift. A friend not only recently moved but did so during her birthday time. This was not only practical for her home but was personal as her name (and her beloved pet) was beautifully written on the mat.

I was very pleased with the door mat when i opened it. It looked great and appears to be durable. Its a gift and I think they are going to love it!

This mat came very quickly and is of nice quality. I like the fact it is not extremely thick so is easy to roll up, yet it has enough thickness to work well as a doormat. The writing is easily legible and does not appear it will wear off easily. I bought it as a gift for a friend and she loved it. I don't think you'll be sorry with this door mat and I might add customer service at Personalization Mall is not to be exceeded. They are a quality company when it comes to customer relations. I like that they answer the phone promptly. That's a rare quality for a company today.

It turned out beautiful! At first I was a little frustrated that the hard back did not come attached to it, however when I realized that the lighter colored personalized mat will fit in my super capacity clothes washer on gentle cycle on cold, I was very happy it will clean up a little to stay nice longer. I was really grateful the large hard back didn't come attached. Thank you!
