This is the first item that has been somewhat of a disappointment. Very small for a clock, the turn knob to change the time was difficult and very flimsy.

I have purchased 2 of these same heart clocks for friends gifts and they both loved them.They are smaller than expected but still a very nice memorial gift.Really liked them will order them again in the future.very well made and thick.

I am having a Memorial Scholarship Gala and I ordered these heart clocks to give to some of my supporters. I ordered 12 the first time and I have reordered 11 more since then. They are beautiful and very sturdy. I wish they were taller but they are still perfect.

I highly recommend this memorial gift. It is high quality and very pretty. The clock was not working so I called the company and the lady said a replacement clock would be sent. Great product and customer service. Many fine products to choose from.

It was beautifully made however when the gift was given to the person that it was made for, the first thing that he said was the the clock’s placement was not right. I was thanked for the gift but felt a certain way about ‘clock placement’ comment. So if there is a reason for the clock placement then u get it but if it’s just placed in there to have a clock there, that doesn’t make sense to me. I would buy again, only if the clock placement is ‘corrected’

Smaller than expected but the beauty of it far outweighed the size. It is absolutely beautiful and was packaged so delicately. We were proud to present it to our colleague as we remember her loved one.

I bought this sympathy gift for someone who lost a loved one. It was nicely engraved, came early and was in perfect shape. The recipient loved it and thought it was a beautiful, thoughtful gift. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This item is very simple yet elegant and looks beautiful as it sits on one side of the heart shape. I was even able to figure out how to adjust the clock although it was a little difficult to remove and there were no instructions enclosed. I wish It were available in a slightly larger size since some of the writing is a little small to see since it is on a clear background. I would recommend giving this as a small token of sympathy since it is discreet in size and beautifully engraved with a comforting message. I would purchase it again.
