Absolutely adorable and Fast service.

Every year I try to get a new ornament for my grandkids. It has become a family tradition.

Oh My, Our Granddaughter loved it. Adding to her collection.

Three grandchildren, three elves, three delighted children. They all loved the elf. I appreciated the fast delivery time also.

This ornament is so cute I am just afraid the child may be unhappy because there was no choice of hair color. She is blond but the ornament has brown hair.

I ordered 4 girl elves, each with a granddaughter’s name and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
The ornament is well made and painted so very pretty with a touch of glitter added. I will order again next Christmas and maybe for the holidays and graduations during the year!

Sent to Granddaughter away at college. She has her own apartment and 6 ft tree. She loved the personalized Elf. Next year will send her another personalization mall ornament. Fast delivery and very cute! Granddaughter loved it!

Bought this for my daughter along with a boy elf for my son. The quality and cuteness level is awesome but this one’s foot was broken in packaging. Am hoping to get a replacement/ exchange.

I had mistakenly ordered a Christmas ornament for my granddaughter "Rylie" but spelled it "Riley" (a Senior moment). Put it another order to replace with correct spelling 9 days before Christmas and was impressed with the service - it arrived in about 5 days. Great Customer Service!

As I opened our ornaments, one was broken in three places. I emailed customer service to let them know. It was the weekend. Monday, I received an email that they had shipped a replacement. Excellent service.

I bought this for my niece who's been my Christmas Elf this year. She's always there to help with whatever I need. She couldn't stop smiling when she opened the present.

My niece loved her ornament

I tried thee times by email to get customer service to replace this ornament. No one answered any of my emails. These ornaments are really cute but unfortunately my granddaughter will be getting hers with a broken foot. I checked the bag it came it as well as the shipping box and there was no foot. This means that it was sent to me this way. Their customer service could really use some help answering their emails
