I was so pleased with this memorial-it was for a friend whose mother died suddenly, and due to COVID 19 there could be no traditional funeral. She absolutely loved it

Very pleased with the size and the personalization part. What I didn't like, it did not come complete. I did purchase the candle, but was not able to purchase the floral ring around the candle. It wasn't available. I would have paid more for it being complete like the picture.

I love it. I forgot to look at the sizes and bought this for a friend who lost her husband. That caused it to be bigger then I thought but it came out beautifully and exactly the perfect size. Package survived a trip from USA to Ireland even though it was reshaped by a family friend to Ireland. Great customer service as well

I purchased one for me and one for my mother after my father passed away. It was a beautiful gift and a great memorial item. Only comment: wish the etching was deeper. It is not that easy to read.

We gave this gift to one of my employees when her mom passed away...she loved it! Although I had to purchase the candle separate and she purchased the rocks and everything else to complete the look, it was a very beautiful keepsake.

I bought this for my friend whose husband passed away and she loved it! I put my own decor inside because it doesn’t come with the rocks or succulents. But that just made it even more special.

We have ordered this gift for many of our employees/co-workers who have lost family members esp those where sending flowers is not appropriate. Everyone who has received has been very appreciative and really like this item. Until recently, I didn't realize that it didn't come with the candle and decorations. I wish it was all included like the picture. To me, this is slightly deceptive. Remember to "read the fine print".

Love the idea and love the item. I didn't read the fine print enough. I saw the candle wasn't included, so I did buy that extra. Little annoyed they succulents didn't come with it. He sent me picture, and though I love it and the idea of it, without the insides, it is lacking quite a bit. I wasn't able to put my own stuff in as it was shipped directly to them. For $100 (buying the candle extra) it should include the other inside stuff. Beautiful thought, way too much money for what you actually get.

OMG!!! This is a beautiful keepsake. My best friend got this for me, as I'd lost my baby sister?? it is absolutely stunning. I feel so blessed to have this as a remembrance of my sister. It truly is beautiful. She included the lighted candles as well as the clear lights to drape around the candle. I just love it?? This is the perfect keepsake???

The hurricane candle was very nice. My only complaint was that the name and date I had engraved on it was very small in comparison to the phrase engraved there. The preview pic doesn’t represent the actual lettering, it’s much smaller.

I loved the engraving of the globe. I would have liked the name/dates to have been a little larger but it still looks good. I had planned on preparing my hurricane like it was pictured, but I really liked just putting small cream pebble rock on the bottom with your candle on top. Thank you for a beautiful job.

Sending a personalized memorial hurricane to someone who just lost a loved one, gives them a lovely reminder of that person. My friend called to thank me for the gift I had sent her and she said that even though at the funeral wonderful words were said to her, the gift from me touched her heart more. She said she can look at it daily right from her home and it makes her feel that her dad is right there with her.

This was a gift for our daughter in law, honoring her on her 25th wedding anniversary. Our son passed away several months ago. She thought it was beautiful and it matches her decor, thank you for helping us with getting this to her on time. As my first order of lanterns came broken. This one arrived in perfect condition.

This is the second time I have ordered this item for a dear friend who lost her husband/father. The first one was sent to FL and never seen it, so I wasn't sure what exactly the item looked like. The second one I just recently ordered, and it came within days (happy with delivery time), and it was a huge box, and inside the box was another box that was just the hurricane globe, and base. The message script was nice, and wood base. HOWEVER, I was seriously disaapointed when looking for the contents of the botanical contents that the picture and description points out and there was no Botantical contents. It was just a globe and base. I was very disappointed. I called the PMall customer service and was told that this item said that it didn't come with the contents. I don't recall reading that, and needless to say if it only comes as a globe and base then don't call it a BOTANTICAL Memorial Hurricane! Also, when the box came I didn't see the candle and thought it must be inside the big box where the hurricane globe came in. It didn't. I accidently almost threw away the box with the single candle that was included it that box. The candle was not worth the $15!!! You can get these at Walmart for $4-$5. This gift was overpriced for what was received.

Perfect sympathy gift! The only issue is I wish the glass bottom was open so you can decorate on the white wash wood vs the glass…

Wow, if I could give more than 5 stars on this purchase I would! It far exceeded my expectations in every way. The lettering was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. A close friend lost her son unexpectedly recently and some of us she was close to decided to find something to allow her to remember her son. I added gravel, botanical pieces and a remote controlled flickering candle once the hurricane arrived (clearly understood from reading the specifications on the page these items were. It in)

We gave this instead of flowers as a sympathy/memorial gift. I purchased a remote controlled flameless candle so the recipient wouldn't have to take the candle in and out each time to turn it on/off. I used stones and faux succulents, but considered sand and seashells. I think it turned out beautifully and makes a lovely keepsake in honor of a loved one. It arrived just 2 days after ordering and was packaged securely. ??????????

The product itself is nice, but I am disappointed that I didn’t read the details that the candle and succulents were not included. I gave this as a gift to my best friend who had lost her father and did not open the box before gifting it to her. I was very surprised when she opened the box and all that was included was the base and the hurricane yet the title of the product is “Botanical Personalized Memorial Hurricane”.

Sadly I've needed to order something twice in the last few months. This has been a welcomed gift. It really lets them know you cared.
