One glass was damaged & I called the 800#, got a live agent very quickly (no long wait times as expected) and she quickly resolved the issue and expedited shipping of the replacement. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars was that one glass was damaged (the print was doubled). The other glass was perfect!

Ordered these for a birthday gift and they didn’t disappoint. They are fantastic! Only downside was the shipping which came through Amazon which I found weird because they always use FedEx so tracking was a bit different.
