My boys have worn Santa hats on Christmas morning since they were little. I saw these hats and had to get them. They are very well made and the personalization is well done. I know my boys will love these.

My husband does not care for it since it is not exactly as the picture showed for the white around the hat....looked more plush in the picture than in person!

This is a beautiful hat. The embroidery is well done. My only disappointment was the delivery by FEDEX which of course was out of Personalization Mall's control. Their customer service responded promptly and were extremely helpful. I'll be using Personalization Mall for all my personalization needs.

I bought 2 of boy Santa hat, and everything is good, the only thing is they are different, one is smaller, and other one is little bigger but they are both for boy's, other than that, it's great design

It is an excellent quality hat. I would only warn that the sizing might be off, and it runs a bit smaller than I expected. I measured my kids heads and everything. The kid size is for SMALL children.

I ordered this for my grandson at a distance.I was told this is very soft and plush Very good quality hat and fits perfect.He is 3 So I am very happy that it fits him I am happy that they are happy .

These Santa hats look beautiful after personalization but the adult male and female hats DONT fit properly, can't wear it more than a few minutes because of how tight !! Can't get any feedback from customer service.

These are really nice, but they run very small. The youth was very snug on my 4 year old. I had to put my adult hat on my 6 year old and it was tight as well. There’s not much of a size difference between youth and adult as you can see in the picture.

I bought this as a gift for a special neighbor. It arrived SO FAST with her name beautifully embroidered (not just printed)as requested. My neighbor was thrilled and commented on how fluffy, thick and well made it was. She knew it was a gift from me but once she saw it wanted to reimburse me. “I had no idea this would be so nice. I want to pay you for it. It fits perfectly”. She even sent me a photo of her wearing it. Amazing prices, speed and service from PM.

They do not fit an adult size head. They would be wonderful for.

The hat is very cute and the quality of the embroidery is good, but the adult hat barely fits my head and I have an average sized head, so I’m a little disappointed that it definitely doesn’t fit like the photo would suggest.

I like the product, but if you wear a hat size of 7 3/8 or larger, it's going to be a snug fit.

I really like this plush hat. I also like that it can be personalized. I received fast delivery and the product I expected. However, the lettering was a little off center.

The embroidery looks very nice but we are very disappointed with the size I ordered adult hat for my 16yo son who is 6 f high and he can’t wear properly it is too small . The size is wrong

I love the hat and the monogram quality but it is too large for a toddler even though it is a youth size. Can you add a toddler size to hat orders. Unfortunately, I can't return it because is is monogrammed.

I ordered two hats for my boys ages 4 & 7. The hats are too small and they do not look fluffy like in the picture. The tip of the hat is also not as long as I expected.

The hat was nicely done and arrived quickly; however, it ran extremely small and did not fit my son's head. The measurements provided for the adult Santa hat are not correct. Due to the hat cost plus the shipping, I cannot reorder.

Hat is too small, material is rigid. Wouldn't fit as presumed as adult and youth size, my 8 year old couldn't even fit in the adult size. The youth size for an 8year old would fot at all.So unhappy and wouldn't make any more purchases. Please consider increasing the size and improve on the material used. Make it a softer. Now I have to find a different vendor to purchase personalized Christmas hats for my family. Wasted my hard earned money!
