This item is adorable for what it is however I was disappointed the photo wasn't centered the way it should have been and the way it was shown in my order. (the way this picture looks is not 100% correct) My niece's chin was actually partway below the ornament. I don't know if I would order it again for that reason, but it will go on the tree as a remembrance of her beautiful life!
I would have felt bad if this was for a gift and not centered correctly. I was going to order 2 but now glad I didn't. I did not contact PM so possibly they would correct it. It's not bad enough for me to do that!

I bought this ornament for my friend after her father passed. The personalized 4” heart shaped ornament is beautiful. I love the matte finish. It looks like a very expensive ornament. The photo and personalization looks identical to the preview. The size is perfect for a picture. Will definitely use Personalization Mall again and again.

This ornament is good quality. It's ceramic and heavy duty not plastic or v cheap looking. The picture did perfectly and the writing on the back is pretty , clear and legible. It came super quick and was hear before Christmas as they said it would be!
