Beautifully designed and came on time.

Personalization and colors were wonderful. Only complaint was that scarves were on the thinner side. Just expected a thicker scarf.

The scarf itself is exactly as described. Looks like a basic, no frills, more for looks than warmth scarf. I expected this for the price, However, the inscription is a completely different name than the one I ordered, even though all of the accompanying paperwork lists the correct info. (Pat vs Noel) Very sad.

Great Christmas gift for my granddaughter teen. I didn't know how nice and soft it was. I got the black and the other side is grey. She is going to love it because it is personalized but in a subtle way. I would recommend.

I didn't realize the material it was made from. It's ok but expected a little better quality. Did have another purchase of a different kind of scarf and LOVED it.

Both scarves were not made of soft scarf material. I definitely wouldn’t wear it around my neck. Too scratchy and rough.

The quality of the scarf is nice and soft. The monogram is a nice size to read. The colors of the scarves reflect the pictures shown.

I do like the overall appearance of the scarf, however I wish you did not place a sticker on the actual scarf. It leaves a circle in the area when you pull it off in a noticeable spot.

This will be a Christmas gift for my wife, The embroidery came out really nice but I am a little concerned that there may be some pilling from the process. We'll see when she opens it.

Scarf was not a soft material. Could not be worn against neck as material was too rough.

Although it looks to be a beautiful full-size scarf. It is really only much much smaller in real life. The monogram is kind of cool. But the scarf is way too small. Feels like. Very thick felt. I will not buy it again and I feel like I need to put something with it as a gift now. Feels abit chintzy.
