This is a unique item. It is very pretty. I would suggest another easel because it slips! The rubber attachment does not hold well. It looks very nice in combination with the plaque but mine slipped and broke because of this.

I liked the fact that I received it in less than 5 days, however, there was a scratch on the groom's face, which was apparent as it was white (from the marble), right on his foreheard. I was supprised it was allowed to ship that way (quality control?). As it was a wedding gift, no time to return. I ended up using a pencil to darken the scratch, and that helped. The bride & groom loved it, and I guess that is all that matters. I may resubmit the picture & have it done again, anyway....Outside of that it is a great idea, price, turn-around time, and user friendly website!

I was so excited about this purchase for my boyfriend for Valentine's day. I received it about a week prior to and opened it to find it cracked!!! :( I immediately called customer service and they had another one shipped out to me. I received second shipment on Valentine's Day! I opened it to find it completely shattered. I was pretty upset about this! However, customer service reps were awesome and gave me a complete refund! The quality of this product is great! I would just recommend being cautious when ordering!!! Picture quality was awesome considering the material it is printed on!!!

I was very disappointed with the way it was packaged. Bubble wrap & a thin box. Not enough on the sides & top of the plaque to cushion anything. The plaque came broken & I had to call for a new one that is going to be replaced, but not in time for the 50th anniversary gift it was intended for. The shipping time was speedy. Too bad it was broken, the only thing bad about the company that I have experienced.

I ordered this plaque in black and white as a gift to my new in-laws. The plaque came out with the picture of my mother-in-law having orange blotches all over her face. Customer service told me that it was the marble and it was known to have some discoloration. I have no clue why they would put the faces where the orange blotches on the marble were because they were not everywhere on the plaque. Bottom line, if you are going to order this, do not order black and white and be prepared for blotches on it. It is just a loss because I want to keep good relations with my mother-in-law and would absolutely NEVER give it as a gift.

The photographers from our wedding took an absolutely amazing picture of my new in laws. I ordered the plaque with their picture in black and white as I thought that it would be a very elegant gift. I received the plaque and it has very noticeable orange blotches all over the face of my new mother-in-law. I absolutely cannot give it as a gift and wish that I could post the picture so that other people do not make the same mistake with a black and white photo. Customer service assures me that it is natural discoloration of the marble. However, I really cannot imagine that anyone from that company would give it to their new mother-in-law. And the plaque that they display here does not show orange discoloration anywhere. So if you order this, just be prepared! Not at all satisfied with the response and will never shop this site again.
