The personalized mug I ordered is exactly what I was looking for and the quality is great. When ordering, you can see what your finished product will look like, which is how all websites should be! I was ordering a little last minute, but it was shipped and delivered promptly and came in time as a gift for my daughter. All in all, I was very happy with this website and what I ordered!

I have purchased two of these mugs one for a friend and one for myself. I have had no problems with this item. NO LEAKS AND EASY TO DRINK OUT OF.

Looked bigger online but I love it. It is very sturdy but I wish it was dishwasher safe. I also wish the lid fit a little more snug.

I got this mug for my husband to use at work. He likes that it is lighter weight than the one that he currently has. The personalization is very nice - I chose red. I only gave it 4 stars because the handle could be a little bit more comfortable if it was rounded on the edges.

When I opened the box, I was not happy because her name is only on one side. It seems from the picture on the website that the name would be all over the mug. This information should be stated on the website. This is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. I gave this to a co-worker as a christmas present and she loved it. When she opened it, she didn't see her name. I told her to look at it again, only when she happened to turn it around did she see her name and was so excited.

I think it is nice, I am considering purchasing one for myself.

I have a male "friend" I needed a gift for that wasn't too personal and this was perfect!

the bright red letters are dark and the mug is smaaler than i thought. the lid keeps hitting me in the nose when i drink from it

this a nice mug but the lettering is dull and the lid is not to snug. with s&h it came to 30.00 not worth that much

I read a review, prior to purchasing, that the mugs are much nicer than pictured or explained. They are stainless, both inside and out and fully insulated. I bought several for family, friends and coworkers, and all have enjoyed them. The 4* rating is only due to the fact that you are supposed to hand wash, but I have put them in the dishwasher on the top rack and they came through fine. Otherwise, I would have given them 5*.

A Christmas gift for my son who was delighted that not only can he keep his coffee hot while on the go, but his name is on it five different times (and who doesn't like to see their name written all over something?) Thanks for a great item!

I found the color on the item to be a bit of a let down. I had ordered the red and expected the bright, fire-engine red that was shown in the image ... however it ended up as a dull, lifeless rust color. Very surprising, as all the other purchases I made came just as expected. Avoid the red, folks!

I bought this for my sister for her birthday and I was a little disappointed with the product. The mug is very small. It is not a normal size travel mug. The lid is not tight at all. It feels and looks like its going to fall off. The mug had quiet a few scratches on it. I order from here all the time and always give a 5 because everything turns out great but this time I will have to give a 2. The product just wasn't good.

I regretted my choice as soon as I saw it. The personalization was as expected but the product is cheap. The elastic band on the lid that gives it a 'friction fit' is a weak point. It'll break or come off on the first use or wash. I would love to have my $25 back :(
