Not only did I not order this intentionally, (PeronalizationMall tricks you into adding stuff into your cart by making you uncheck items you don't want when you order an ornament), but I was hassled when I called to let them know of the error. They said it was my fault for not checking the order properly before I paid. That is the worst treatment of customers I have ever seen, and shows that this is PersonalizationMalls normal business practice to trick people into buying things. I had to pay $4 shipping to send this thing back, to only get $3 back. The only reason I did not just keep it was because of principle and it is also a cheap little plastic thing that I initially thought was some free thing that came with the ornaments that I bought until I noticed I was charged for it on the shipping invoice.
