There was only one snag in delivery where it sat four days in PA before being delivered to NY. Overall, my order was received in 7 days. Not only on time, but in perfect condition. Train is bigger than I expected, much to my delight. Needless to say, I am overjoyed with my purchase. Product is of great quality and the engraving is perfect.
