I was skeptical at first about selecting the banks since I wasn't able to view them in person and I didn't know that the store (Things Remembered) was now only online. I loved the bank quality, came quickly and not damaged. The engraving was a little pricey, the total ended up being $75 for a $35 bank. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I love this little bank for my great-granddaughter' baptism. The engraving was perfect. Only issue is that one corner of the roof was slightly bent, but not worth worrying about.

One of the three banks came with a defect- the “roof” was detached from the hull of the ark. We’d like it replaced. Please advise as to next steps?
