The ornament is perfect, just like all the others I have ordered over the years for all my family. Bowen is the newest member. They are spendy, but it is a tradition I start and plan to continue.<br/><br/>*** A shipping rate of $12.99 is ridiculous. I know what shipping costs, and this should have been at least half this amount.

Had no expectations when I ordered.I was just looking for something personalized for my Grandchildren. The Ornaments are perfect; the names are displayed across a very study wooden red and gold ornament...the back is also painted red, which I was very happy with as it made it completed in the design. I will order something different next year as I plan on this being a family tradition.
